Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Soul Vibes. That's why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for all of our products. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of purchase date.

To initiate a return, please ensure that the item is in new condition and has not been worn. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fees. Please note that we are not able to issue a refund for undelivered items unless they are returned to us as unable to deliver.

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return instructions below and include a note with the desired exchange item or size. We will process your exchange as quickly as possible and send you an E-Gift Card for the value of your returned item, minus shipping fees. You can then use this card to purchase the new item you desire.

Return Instructions:
- First, make sure the item is in new, unworn condition.
- Make sure you return the item within 30 days of purchase date.
- Include your email invoice and mail it along with the item to our address: Soul Vibes

- Upon receipt of the returned item, we will review your invoice and process the requested refund or exchange.

Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping expenses. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will make things right, and provide a replacement item or refund if necessary.
